Since 2009, US Roadstar,LLC has partnered with our drivers and independent contractors to help them meet their immediate career needs and to help shape their professional future as drivers.
We've developed many career choices for our drivers to enable them to enhance their career with US Roadstar,LLC or as contractors of US Roadstar,LLC. Once our drivers complete their driving school, get their CDL's and complete their training, there are a number of options for growing their driving careers with US Roadstar,LLC.

Independent Contractors

If you own or lease your own truck, you can contract with US Roadstar,LLC to haul freight. As an independent contractor you can earn $ 2.00 to $2.50 per mile depending on the length of haul.

Join Our Workforce As A Company Driver

You can become a company driver and receive all the benefits of working for a large company. Our company drivers starts at 0.40 per mile or more, depend on the previous experience and their safety record. We have the opportunity to adjust your working week per request, either to driver longer and stay on the road over the weekend, or if you choose to be home and spend time with your family every weekend.

Double Up as a Team Driver

You can apply with your spouse or friend, or we will team you with another employee who would like to driver as a team. You can earn more money team driving than you will as a solo driver. It is a great opportunity for new couples just starting out to build a nest egg. Mature couples, whose children have grown, can see the country and earn great money while doing it.

Phase 2

Once you become a fully upgraded company driver with US Roadstar,LLC, you can become the first seat in our Phase 2 Program. The Phase 2 program is designed to "jump start" your career as company driver. The Phase 2 program is where you as a new company driver, are eligible to have a "second seat" driver to team with you while they are finishing their career advancement. This program is crafted for both you and the second seat to provide access to plentiful team miles and additional experience for a recent training graduate. This successful program has proven very profitable for both our company drivers and the second seat drivers.
